Our team provides personalized support throughout each individual’s employment journey — from exploring career interests and preparing for the workplace to finding employment and succeeding on the job.

We work closely with each individual to develop the skills needed for workplace success, including communication, time management, problem-solving, professionalism, and adapting to workplace expectations. When needed, we also provide job coaching and ongoing support to help individuals build confidence and maintain successful employment.
